A lot can be said for first impressions. During our initial phone call some questions will be asked to gauge how we can best serve you. During this call, it is our mission to impress you enough to allow us to service your chimney. At this point we will schedule your service for a time that best fits your needs.
On the day of your service, we will notify you when we are approximately 30 minutes away so that you can be properly prepared. No one likes a surprise visit they forgot about!
We begin to build our report when we first see your house and greet you. We utilize tablets and a fully digital report that can be e-mailed to you or printed out at your request. Our report is complete with pictures of every part of your system to better help you understand your system and any potential repairs necessary.
Our goal is to leave your house as clean or cleaner than we found it. We utilize dropcloths, runners and dustless vacuums to ensure your house remains clean throughout the entire process.
Should we find any areas of your system that require repairs be completed, we will notify you immediately and work with you to develope an efficient and cost effective course of action. In some cases, insurance companies may need to be notified of potential repairs, our reports can easily be supplied upon request.
